The Fay Rural Community Foundation Impacts Wyoming School in Record Time
By Susan Ferrin, Executive Director, Fay Ranches Community Foundation
The Fay Rural Community Foundation, in partnership with Fay Ranches broker Mike Konstant, has positively impacted the Hulett School, a local educational institution in Hulett, Wyoming, in record time.
Hulett School, serving students from kindergarten to 12th grade with an enrollment of 160 students and a student-teacher ratio of 8:1, reflects the small class sizes typical of rural communities. Thanks to the generosity of The Fay Rural Community Foundation, the school has received valuable resources, including handheld GPS units, interactive math resources, and a Vocabulary.com license, among others.
“I am grateful for the support and resources Fay Rural Community Foundation provided. This project has been a gift to our school and will help us better serve our students for years to come.” – Kirby Baier, the school’s principal.
This successful project was made possible through the funding support of Mike Konstant, a designated broker for Fay Ranches, licensed in South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana. Mike and his wife Susan have a deep commitment to the local community, having raised their two children in a nearby town in South Dakota and being actively involved in civic organizations.
“As a broker, I believe in giving back to our communities. Rural schools play a crucial role in fostering education and opportunities for students. Every donation, big or small, can make a real difference in the lives of these students and their communities. It’s a privilege to support rural schools and contribute to their success.” – Mike Konstant, Broker at Fay Ranches.
The Fay Rural Community Foundation was established to address the lack of resources and opportunities often faced by small towns across the United States. The Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of healthcare, education, and youth resources in rural America. By focusing on these areas, the Foundation aims to significantly impact the overall well-being and quality of life of residents, as well as the economic vitality of the communities.
