Property Overview

River ranches are special and typically pass from generation to generation. Every once in a while, a river property becomes available, and it’s so outstanding and distinctive that it creates a setting like no other property you have seen. The Clearwater River Place is such a place, approximately 347± secluded acres on the scenic Clearwater River. Lovely ponds, meadows, and an abundance of wildlife make every morning and evening a spectacular experience. The apple orchard and large meadow along the river are home to deer, turkeys, quail, and waterfowl. Early mornings and evenings can be enjoyed from the comfort of the large custom home overlooking the upper pond where elk and deer are constant visitors. The custom-built cable tram provides a secondary access to the ranch, and it’s a safe way to entertain and impress even the oldest of guests. Slowly moving across the river from an elevated platform is an exhilarating and memorable experience.

Excellent hunting and fishing opportunities are available all over the ranch. Catch massive Chinook Salmon in the spring and beautiful trout all summer. Anglers can also fish for steelhead just below the ranch.

The Clear Water River Ranch boasts a terrain with rolling grassy hills, patches of timber, lush springs, ponds, old growth cedar groves and awe-inspiring vistas from multiple locations. The combination of timbered draws and open grassy areas provides a balance of feed and cover that creates optimal habitat for ungulates and fowl alike. In the fall and spring, black bear are often seen wandering in and out of the meadow.
