Welcome to the Wild West of Idaho! Scenic Farm and Cattle ranch located in the Mann Creek Valley of Weiser, Idaho!
The current operation runs 200+ pair year-round. It is fully fenced and crossed fenced for rotational grazing. The diverse dryland terrain provides a unique flora of shrub and native bunch grasses great for both grazing ground and wildlife habitat.
The ranch is self-sustainable with opportunities to enhance the farming and ranching operations. The ranch also provides hunting for big game and upland birds. There are ample irrigation water rights of 250± acres, 150± more flood irrigated acres that are adjudicated early spring, and four natural springs on the property used for stock water year-round. Improvements include two Zimmatic pivots and working corrals for sorting, loading, and shipping.
