The Wild Country Ranch is situated in the rolling foothills of the Garnet Range below Old Baldy Mountain, the highest point in the mountain range which at 7,511 ft sits just northeast of the ranch. The entire ranch encompasses 1,592± deeded acres and is adjacent to a section of State Land for additional recreational pursuits. The grassy hillsides, rugged ridgelines, timbered draws and intermittent riparian habitat define the ranch and create the wild country that the ranch is known for. The elevation of this country ranges from 4,400’ to 5,200’ and these hillsides are complete ecosystems for elk, whitetail, trophy mule deer, moose and antelope. There are spectacular views of the Flint Range and the offering is a prime example of a classic mountain ranch.
