In 2014, Jesica returned to Central Oregon to her roots and be closer to her family. Shortly thereafter, she joined her father, Jerry Hicks, in his successful real estate business. Fay Ranches' Hicks Team has represented buyers and sellers on some of the finest ranch, farm, recreational, and luxury properties in Central and Eastern Oregon. Although Jesica has the knowledge and experience from assisting Jerry on transactions involving large working ranches, farms, and timberland, she enjoys and specializes in equestrian properties, small hobby ranches, and luxury homes.

Joette has been a Colorado Ranch Broker since 2004, specializing in working ranches, mountain properties, and legacy land across the state. Since joining Fay Ranches in 2022, she has continued to offer clients the benefit of her deep expertise in land transactions and firsthand ranching experience. She holds the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation through the Realtors Land Institute (RLI). She was elected Governor-at-Large in 2024, taking on a state leadership role and advocating for high standards within the land brokerage industry.
