Having lived throughout Oregon, Scott brings his customers over 40 years’ experience in mortgage and commercial lending, real estate appraisal and more than 35 years of real estate brokerage services. Although Scott has handled, as a lender and as a real estate broker, varied business, commercial and residential transactions and relationships, Scott’s primary focus has been on agricultural real estate and enterprises. Having serviced the agricultural portfolios for several of Oregon’s Banks, Scott is familiar with most agricultural enterprises common to Eastern Oregon, Eastern Washington, Southwest Idaho, Northern California and Nevada.
Scott started Western Ranch Management and Realty, Inc. in 1997. Since that time, Scott has provided real estate acquisition, disposition and consulting services throughout the northwest intermountain region. Scott has also served as Vice President & Special Credits Officer at Columbia Bank, Agricultural Representative for US Bank and Agribusiness Representative for First Interstate Bank. Scott has sold ranches in Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada and Arizona, and often assisting his clients in completing complex IRC 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Scott specializes in working cattle ranches and has handled all types of farm, ranch and recreational properties.
