Specializing in recreational land and income-producing property, Michael focuses on helping landowners build generational wealth through creative land use, strategic development, and environmental conservation. With over ten years of real estate experience, Michael offers experience in a myriad of real estate transactions involving agricultural businesses, recreational land, homesteads, renewable energy development, and conservation easements. Michael’s recreational focus areas include big game hunting, wing shooting, angling fresh and saltwater fish, as well as backcountry access for skiing, mountain biking, and mountaineering.

Successful land investors understand the importance of engaging trusted advisors to facilitate a smooth and successful transaction. With a vast network of real estate professionals and subject matter experts, Michael navigates complex real estate transactions professionally and respectfully. He also collaborates with regulatory agencies, environmental consultants, tribal councils, and engineering and construction firms to advance projects through due diligence. His time as a right-of-way agent established a unique skill set, conducting title research, prospecting for off-market properties, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and overseeing construction efforts.

In addition, Michael is competent in navigating real estate transactions with properties under the court’s jurisdiction by working with attorneys on cases involving divorce, probate, bankruptcy, lis pendens, or other judgments. He takes pride in a multi-cultural approach and can remain calm and neutral in even the most difficult situations. Michael can serve a wide array of clients; whether a client is buying their first property, grieving the loss of a loved one, building an income-producing portfolio, or estate planning for future generations, Michael offers expertise and empathy during what is likely one of the largest financial transactions of their life.

When Michael is not selling land or exploring the mountains, he enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful daughter and traveling around the Pacific Northwest. Their favorite activities include rock climbing, swimming, biking, skiing, paddle boarding, and playing fetch with their pet Aussie. Michael and his daughter stay involved in the community by visiting local farms, supporting farm-to-table restaurants, and learning about sustainable farming practices being used in the community.

When he is not with family, Michael participates in search and rescue operations and has the expertise to explore the most rugged yet awe-inspiring terrain. In addition to family values and work-life balance, Michael has a passion for community education, public service, and protecting the environment. Michael is thrilled to do his part to ensure that landowners and businesses work towards a more carbon-neutral environment so that future generations can continue to enjoy the land.
