Washington is home to some of the most diverse landscapes in the country. Western Washington is home to a largely Mediterranean climate featuring towering mountains and volcanoes, dense forests and temperate rain forests, and a stunning coastline. Eastern Washington is dry, remote, and beautiful, offering stunning farm, ranch, and hunting properties. Washington vineyards are also some of the most highly sought after, and the state ranks second to California in wine production.
Whether you want to add acreage to your farming or cattle operation, own a vineyard, equestrian, timberland, or sporting property for fishing or hunting, Fay Ranches represents some of the best Washington properties for sale. Bryon Clarke and Paul Valentine have specialized knowledge in working ranches, vineyards, and timberlands. We represent some of the finest sporting, hunting, and fly fishing properties, cattle ranches, timberland, and equestrian properties for sale in Washington. We also represent vineyards in the top wine-producing areas in the state
Starting his Washington real estate career in 1992, Paul worked with Century 21 where he earned the prestigious Centurion Award twice. Then wanting to work with larger landowners he moved to Hodges Commercial Real Estate and was the managing broker for the Forestland Resources division. During this time he worked with major industrial timberland owners, conservation groups, and large landowners. The goal was and still is to help these landowners receive the maximum return on their land investment whether it be buying or selling property in Washington.
Bryon has been selling land since 2001. He began working on the family farm when he was eight years old, tending to the animals and driving the tractor. In 1986 Bryon started working in the logging and construction business and became a union heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed what he did for many years. Working in the woods was a great job, but working for himself was always the goal. In 2001 he got his real estate license and selling land and farms became his primary focus in life. Buyers benefit from working with Bryon thanks to his over 30 years of outdoor experience, as well as 20 years of land acquisitions. Bryon won’t just sell you a ranch or farm, he will help you long after the sale with food plot locations, creating a better habitat for animals, lake or pond locations, and much more. Bryon is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients and represents buyers and sellers locally and worldwide. Many of them are repeat clients and have now become personal friends.
