Michelle is a highly experienced and seasoned real estate professional specializing in land for sale in Washington state. She has spent nearly 20 years focused on large land acquisitions and divestitures throughout the state of Washington. She understands the complexities of land acquisitions and has in-depth experience in all of Washington’s land markets.
Michelle has worked in private and public sector markets and has helped secure tens of thousands of acres in working forestland, conservation fee title and easements, and agricultural lands. She has a diverse background that includes working with conservation organizations, government entities, and partners like the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, and Pheasants Forever. For several years she worked with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, overseeing divestitures and land acquisitions statewide. She is passionate about the Pacific Northwest lifestyle and the abundance of recreational and investment opportunities. This passion for lifestyle and conservation brought her to the Fay Ranches Washington team. She was particularly drawn to the four pillars that the company stands on: Family, Conservation, Investment Value, and Sporting Opportunities.
Whether investing in a vineyard, an equestrian property, a production farm or ranch, or a purely recreational property with sporting opportunities, Michelle can help you realize your goals from both lifestyle and investment perspectives.
Michelle is a Washington native and grew up in a rural area just outside of the capital city of Olympia. She spent her youth riding her horse in the Capital Forest, kayaking in the San Juan Islands, and camping with her family.
When Michelle isn’t working, you can find her backpacking on the Olympic Peninsula, bow hunting for elk, or learning to fly her Piper Cub J-4.
