Happy New Year Everyone – well as we were winding down the 2010 campaigns and looking to what we’d be up to in 2011, our friends over at Land Report sent us a great surprise.
Hi All, Today I wanted to jump in and let you know about a great resource for the land, ranch, and farm industries - The Land Report. At
Yesterday we took the gang up to Rocky Creek Farm in the Bozeman, MT area and went nuts! We found our family Christmas tree (Griswald style) out in the forest – but still on the farm – and realized we’d forgotten the saw…oops! We got that taken care of and then proceeded to take care of business in cutting ‘er down and dragging the tree back to the Tahoe. In the mean time, the kids found the hot chocolate, hot cider (non-nuclear), and the photo opportunities along the way. Roarke, the family yellow lab, had a great time. I think he slept from the time we got home until the sun came up this morning too.
Hi Everyone – wow, what a great Thanksgiving weekend here in southwest Montana! Great food, friends, and just a fantastic time filled with gratitude and giving of what we have to others. We spent some great time at church last week, helping out with the family programs and then went over to the home of some friends of ours here in Bozeman, MT. Everyone just had a wonderful time and the food was excellent – fried turkey, smoked turkey, ham, veggies, salads, and all the good stuff. The kids had a great time out in the snow – we got a good 10 inches here in Bozeman this past week – and there were a few times we had to go out and hunt down the dogs…they were just having so much fun in the snow.
Today I wanted to write and take some time to introduce Everdawn (Ever) Charles as the newest member of the
Well, its official, fall is here big time in Bozeman, Montana. We had our first snow last week and hockey season and practices have started as well – first games this weekend. I do know there’s been some good
Spooky times in southwest Montana this past Sunday night as Halloween hit us in full force. It was kind of suspect throughout the day as the rain was off and on…and in the end, the evening just ended up being gorgeous and a good time was had by all. We hit Journey Church for the renaissance faire first and then headed over to the scary side of Bozeman (southeast) to visit some friends and have a stroll, while looking for the not-so-elusive treats. We got four or five families together and started out at the Kinsler house and then took in all the action of the entire two-hour walk around the neighborhood and at least three pounds of treats by the time we made it back for the end of the World Series game.
Hi Everyone – what a great weekend here in southwest Montana.
